We are in your home, your private space and don't take that responsibility lightly. Our cleaners are our partners, you are working with business owners not a minimum wage employee. We have the appropriate insurance, police checks, working with children etc.
We have built our service as home owners who use cleaning and house keeping services. We understand people have particular needs, we want to have adult conversations, we want feedback, we want to make your life easier. We will be honest with you too.

We find out what is important to you then deliver a quality and consistent service that delivers that. We are outcome focused NOT time focused.
Well trained cleaners that understand how to efficiently make a home sparkle. We train them to clean with common sense. Who can identify what is important and what is not.
You will deal directly with cleaners that are also business owners so you get a deep level of care you can't just pay for.
We do everything from putting kids toys away, folding clothes, to deep cleaning showers and toilets.
Occasionally you need something different we can do the occasional deep clean or just the oven, fridge, windows, etc.
Provide a recurring and consistent service that makes your life easier. You will have a dedicated cleaner as your primary contact.
We don't want to jam a fixed list of items down your throat. We will do what is important to you. Time poor and not sure? That's OK to We can start and then you let us know what you like and don't like.
We will setup a direct line via SMS, Whatsapp, or email with our team so its easy and accessible. Or just call and speak to us.
We want feedback so we can keep making our service better. We will make mistakes, we're not perfect… Yet!
